User fills in name number and address and then selects how many dogs they have...
if they have 1, it shows 1 form, if they have 2, then it shows the same form twice and 3 etc etc
can i do this, if so, how?

Hi, i just tried it, didnt understand how to achieve it...
could someone help me do it, as i think i know what im doing, but clearly this one has me stumped.

I suggest you to clone the example form given by my colleague, use this guide: How to Clone a Form from a Web Page then see how she do it.
Basically, this is the guide she used for that: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry.
