Notification e-mail has stopped working

    When a form is filled out no notification email is received (although this was previously working) we are trialing this system now prior to subscribing so need to understand why this has failed.

    I checked the email recipient of the notification email and it is not on our bounce list. I also checked our email logs and I can see that emails are sending successfully.

    Please check your spam folder. You can also contact your email provider and ask to whitelist JotForm by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
