Im having trouble with my data fields not displaying

    I'm having an issue with my form "Buyer Under Contract".  Some of the data fields are 
    not coming through the same way.  For example the "Occupied" field is displayed differently on the jotfrom form itself, the email I get, the attachment, and the pdf/excel archive.  In one area its missing all together/ says"type question to ask".  Please see screen grabs below.  Can you help me figure this out?

    Everything looks good with this field. It is normat that it will appear differently in the Submission page, on the e-mail notification, on the form itself etc.

    It displayed "Type a question" in the e-mail notification, because you did not have a question in the "Question Text" field of the dropdown, when the form was submitted. The "Question Text" was empty, so it displayed "Type a question". Please refer to the attachment.
