Not receiving Notification Emails

    I am not receiving my notification email.  I received a return email stating permanent fatal errors.  After speaking with my IT, we found the emails were never getting to our servers to be rejected.  monk.interlogy.com ip address:  174.34.48.218 is not touching our server.  However monk2.interlogy.com that delivers the failure notice is.  which is ip address:  174.34.48.219.

     

    please do a trace route to:  smtp.dossnet.com.  if this does not work, please try router.dossnet.com. 

     

    please let me know when this is complete.  I would like to upgrade account and use you further if these problems can be resolved.  thank you.

    Please post the address of the form which you are having problem's with. I will search our e-mail logs for the e-mail address you have entered to the form's e-mail notification.

    Hi PhotoKutz,

    This thread has been inactive for more than a week now. I'd just like to check with you if your organization's systems administrator was able to examine the result of traceroute above from our server to your end? The last hop in the traceroute was at XO. Would you confirm if this is your ISP or one of your application provider's ISPs?
