    HELLO,

I signed up for jotform years ago..almost a decade in my estimation. At that time it was free with unlimited forms. Now, I'm being asked to upgrade and pay for storage.

Also, when folks submit their forms instead of going to the redirect page, it goes blank. Is it because I won't upgrade?

Would I not be "grandfathered" in?

    Please advise...

    Hi,

I checked your account and the submission storage already reached the limit of 500. If you have reached the Total Submission Storage limit of your account, you can simply delete some submissions from your form to decrease the Total Submission Storage counter. You can delete the submissions data by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

Please keep in mind that deleted submissions are not recoverable. We recommend downloading it before you delete it by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

As far as I know, we don't grandfather any free account.

    I hope this information helps.
