Can I use JotForm to create a saveable checklist to embed on a WordPress site?

Hi. I need to create a checklist that works on a WordPress site that can be embedded on a page, customized to each person when they log in,  and answers can be saved (separately--so when someone logs in they can see their own answers on the checklist and not anyone else's).

Is it possible to create something with JotForm that would work this way?

I am sorry to inform you but this is not something that is available at JotForm. Our forms are designed for generic data collection, and we do not have membership features available at this time.
