My iPhone 7 is not making sound when it gets a Jotform notification.

For some reason, I can't get my iPhone 7 to make a sound when it received Jotform notifications. I have setup a form which is being used on an iPad, and have setup notifications to come through on my iPhone whenever the form is submitted.

The push notifications come through, but they just don't make a noise or vibrate. I have turned on notifications in the app, and through the iOS app settings.  Other apps make a sound but not Jotform.

I've also tried it on an android phone and it works fine, this seems to be an issue specifically with iPhone + Jotform. 

Is there anything else I can do to make this work?
