Run out of quota

    good morning, for more than a month I have been running out of quota in my questionnaire https://form.jotformeu.com/61644930458360. I eliminated all shipments and still the same, we are an animal rescue organization and we have no funds to buy the payment, can it be seen again as before? We use it to give puppies for adoption.
