Choose unique options per row and column of input table

Dear JotForm team

If i use radio button like the example in the picture, how we can uniquely address the score for each question? e.g Loren Ipsum A --> 3 and if we give score 3 again to loren ipsum B it can't continue, so basically One score only can use for one question

Unfortunately, that is not possible with Input Table. I tried to find other ways to achieve what you want, but I could not find any.
