When the jotform is filled a copy of the jotform submission goes to the customer also which should not happen. There is no tollfree number to contact you guys and I am not bale to find out why this is happening.

I have checked your account and form to investigate the issue. I have noticed that you don't have an Autoresponder Email. In this case, your customers shouldn't receive an email.
I have cloned your form and send a test submission to the form. As a form filler, I haven't received any email as it is expected.
Is it possible that you have added an Autoresponder Email before and removed later?
If this is not the case, may we send a test submission to your form to investigate the issue further?
We'll be waiting for your response.
