IT IS NOT SHOWing me the form answers in google sheet it is only giving me submission date ip submission id. what am i doing wrong?

You need to disable or enable the Europe Data Center to see the Submissions data.

After that, please try to re-integrate the Google Sheets to your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets
