Is there a way to unshare a template?

Hello, 

I shared a template so a coworker would be able to add it to their jotform account without having to recreate the entire form from scratch. Is there a way to "unshare" the template now that they have access?

The Unshare button does not exist when following these instructions. 

Could you please show us a screenshot of the "share template" you are referring to so we can check if we're referring to the same thing?

This is the form that I shared. I want to unshare it. These is the box that populates and does not have the unshare button.

If there's no "unshare" button then that means your form is not shared as form template. I tried to search "General, OB/GYN Clinical Instructor Evaluation Form" in the form-templates, but I was not able to see that form.

Perhaps, you only shared the form link so they can clone it?

If you no longer want them to clone the form then you can disable the cloning function in your form settings, please refer to my screenshot below for reference.

My coworkers are able to search for it in the templates and it comes up. They searched by "Clinical Instructor" and it was the first template to come up. I did not share a link for them to clone the template. 

I set that form template as private so only you have the ability to access or use that template. Please try searching the template again with another account or while your account is logged out.
