Adding a Link to a Form

Hello, 

I sent in a message a week or 10 days ago. 

I work for a Tutoring Company in the Recruiting Department. We use a software called Spark Hire to evaluate our candidates. It is a one-way interview website. 

My boss would like for me to add the video interview into the Tutor Application Jotform. Is this possible? HERE is the link I'd like to add. I'll paste it below too. 

Please let me know and walk me through adding a link to my form if possible.
