How copy existing forms to pages of new form?

Have four existing forms.

Would like to create a new multipage form that includes the four existing forms on

Pages 2,3,4 and 5.    Selection on Page 1 will then direct to Page 2,3,4 or 5.

Cloning creates a new form.  What I want to do is copy the old forms to new form pages.

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, I believe what you need to use to meet your requirements is the Field Manager app. Click the green "ADD TO FORM" button on this link to access the app — https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager

On the Field Manager app page, click the "Manage Fields" button and then allow the app to access the forms in your account.
