*URGENT*: Cool Culture: Jotform Issues

    Hello,

     

    This is Sam from Cool Culture - I wanted to bring to your attention a few different issues we are encountering. These are quite urgent matters and critical to our work so your attention to this matter is much appreciated.

    As previously noted with your customer service team, we are having continued issues with the conditional logic where we have set up receipt emails to be sent to specific email addresses when a specific value is entered in a given form.  We were told it could be a glitch and should remove and add the condition again. This has not resolved the issue and creates more work for us ultimately.

    We are also getting reports from respondents to our forms that they are not receiving confirmation emails.
    Lastly, I have noticed that when I export excel sheets from the submissions portal, data is being left off somehow.  This is quite problematic as we need these reports to be 100% accurate. 

    Can you please advise on the above issues. Additionally, can you expand on whether it is there have been issues in the past with Jotform emails going to Spam folders? We have asked our respondents to check their Spam folders, but none have reported emails being sent there. It would be good to have a sense of it that is an issue that comes up with email receipts from Jotform.

    It looks like that sometimes the Number form element does not correctly receive the value, which is entered by the user. Can you please try to setup the Registration Number field as a dropdown and test again?

    To clarify, do you have problems only with the Chinese version of the form?
