upgrading and downgrading

    Hello Jotform people,

    I appreciate your system and service.  Thanks!

    Currently, I'm using the free forms but have just maxed out on submissions.  I will upgrade to the next level.  When I am done with my "busy" season will I be able to downgrade to the free version once again?

    Hi Sandy,

    With JotForm, you can downgrade, upgrade your account anytime you wish. We do not put contract on the subscription period, it's up to your decision whether you'd like to continue with the paid plan or stay on the free plan anytime you want.

    For your future reference, downgrading subscription can be done automatically on your my accounts page by selecting back the free/starter plan. Here's how:
