I created a new account for a private practice at the HIPAA compliant level. However, the new forms I make don't look like the forms from my other account in that they don't say they are HIPAA compliant.

When I went to settings, there was a setting for an encrypted form. It sets up a public and private key, and I'm not sure if that is what I want.

In the other account we just have to log in to Jotform to view submitted data. It is encrypted and does not show any information in the email notice.

Are my current forms HIPAA compliant? If so, how to I make them so that the data is not retrievable?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I checked your account and I see you are on SILVER plan already.

You just need to enable/activate HIPAA on your account so that your forms will be HIPAA enabled also.

Check our user guide :  How to upgrade to HIPAA Compliance

Go to your my account data settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

OK, thank you. That seems to be working. It's migrating now.

Are the migrated forms now encrypted and will they have the HIPAA compliance logo on them?

    I see the logo... thanks

I'll send myself a test form and see what comes through.
