While I've been editing other forms on my account, I received a blank submission. The curious thing is that I have Stripe integration and the payment went through successfully. Is there no checking of the form on submit in this instance?

Thank you for contacting us.
I was able to reproduce the problem on your form. Now it has been escalated to our Development Team.
We will get back to you as soon as we have any news.

The required validation checks are useful to guide users. It is not a security feature. It is possible for someone with browser debugging skills to submit forms without required fields. We don't enforce them on the server side.

I understand it's not a security feature but clearly something is not working properly. Given the individual that submitted the entry - the possibility of working around this is remote at best. I would appreciate an explanation on what conditions might allow this and perhaps a suggested solution.

I was also able to reproduce the issue on my end.
I have opened the ticket again and forwarded to our dev team for further investigation.
Thanks for your patience.

As a follow up, since the form is integrated with Stripe, I'm unable to edit the form because it's looking for valid card information - I tried to trick it by using the test card numbers but I still can't update the submission. It would be nice to have the ability to edit submissions but "bypass" the payment integration.

Unfortunately it's not possible with "required payment fields". I have tried it with hide/show conditions trick but it's not helping unless the payment field is non-required. I would suggest to make your stripe payment field required so it does not redirected on the captcha page when it's left empty.
I have also created a ticket for your request abouy bypassing payment fields when editing submissions data. Thanks and apologies for the inconveniences caused.
