Not able to log in

    We have triple checked all our login information and we are not able to login to our account. We've tried everything. Can you please assist, I think it's a bug from your end. I'm very, very frustrated and need to change something urgently on the forms.

    The email address using which you have raised this issue belongs to a Guest account and hence you are not able to sign in to JotForm. This is because, Guest accounts cannot be logged in a second time as it is a one-time login feature. Also, this Guest account does not contain any forms.

    If you have any other account, please provide us the form URL or ID so that we could trace the account and confirm the login details like username or email address.

    We have a paid account which we are using for forms on our squarespace site. You can see one of the embedded forms from our paid jotform account on the following url Thank you for your support

    I have checked the website you linked in your last reply and it appears the form on the website is active. However, the form is not created in JotForm.


    Are you referring to another form on your website? Can you tell us exactly the page where we can find the form created in JotForm, please?
