How I can create a personality quiz

Hello Jotform team,

I need to create a complex personality survey, a kind of personality text. In my case will be a digestive type test.

The goal of this quiz is to deliver a result ( a digestive type) to the customer that takes it. The result needs to be like a kind thank you page with the digestive type in it.

To be more specific, e.g I create 5 questions with multiple answers each of these answers have a custom score, when client selects any of these answers the correct digestive type has to come as a result based on the answers selected.

In order to achieve a quiz like this, that I presume I will need formulas and conditions, which package do you recommend is it enough with bronze one?

You can build such form even with a free package. However, if you would like to send multiple emails for a form, you would need Bronze account.
