Is there a way to limit the number of respondents who can choose a certain slot?

If I want to use a form to set up appointments and I only have 3 slots available for each date/time, is there a way to block respondents from choosing a time/date slot that has already been chosen a set number of times?

Could you please try using the Date Reservation widget and see if that fits your needs?

Once the user selects a date, it won't be available for the next user anymore.

Apologize for the confusion. After re-reading your post it seems you are trying to disable the slot after a certain number of sections.

I think Appointment widget would be the best fit for your needs. Please try it and let us know how it goes. And feel free to contact us if you need any assistance to set up the widget.

OK. Is it configurable to allow multiple on the same date? like, 3 slots at
8:30 am on Monday, 3 slots at 9, 3 slots at 9:30 etc?

Yes, it is configurable to set limits. However, the appointment slot widget is not a calendar, but a widget that would allow you to list items and put limits on each.

Here's the demo of the widget: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43352010062942.

You can add the widget in the form by following our steps in the guide below:
