I want to restrict people using the same phone number multiple time.

I need an answer to a question regarding the functionality of your forms. I want to include a phone number field in a form, but I want to restrict people using the same phone number multiple time. They will only be able to use the same form number once per day. Can you please tell me if I can do this in your forms and how?
