Notification email are not being sent.

    Hallo there

    I'm a little concerned about the fact that one of my forms, although having been completed and is viewable as a completed form, hasn't come through to my email. Neither is it showing in the number count that it has been accessed and completed.

    How many other forms have I missed as a result of this?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. We had an issue with the email notifications which should be fixed by our developers. I just tried performing a test submission on my form and got the notification email successfully.

    Could you please test at your end and let us know if the issue still persists? Also, please share the URL of the form that you are working on.
