It would save so much time to sometimes clarify something on the phone rather than trying for hours and then trying to formulate a question in a language that is not your mother tongue, especially if your program also runs in another language. I would actually pay fo such an option, say 50 USD for 30min. support or something like that...

We do understand but Jotform currently has no support over the phone. The best way to reach us is through the support forum. You can also contact us at support@jotform.com, but we do recommend posting your questions through the forum instead.
