Unable to download submission pdfs

Hello,

I am trying to use the link for the download all and i keep getting an error message that the page cannot be found.

It seems that the form has already been deleted as such you cannot view the downloads.

This is within seconds of receiving the e-mail though. this happens on every email I receive. ( I have 4 emails I tried this with) .

Unfortunately, since the form is already deleted, we could not test further for that specific download. Can you instead try to download from an active form, and let us know if the issue persists.

Kindly give us the download link as well as a screenshot of the error.
