Hi
I've just set-up a form it works fine collecting the data to the JotForm system but does not send a notification to my mail account, which is a Google account that I use to sign into JotForm. It's not filtered into any folders and it's not in the Spam folder. I got a colleague to set up an account and try it and they are having the same issue.
Also, when I create a form it is fine, but if I update it there seems to be a caching issue where the changes do not show up on my site. I have to clone the amended form and then add it.
There also seems to be an alignment issue where I can centralise the submit button, but not the form fields. Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark!
I apologize for the inconvenience. Our system is recovering from a known issue of email notifications not being received. Also, please note that all of your forms are set up to send notifications to mark@littlebigideas.co.uk email address.
If your embedded form does not reflect the new changes, I would suggest clearing the form caches from your account by following this guide: How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache. You can also try using the iframe embed method if the issue persists: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
Your question about form alignment will be answered in a separate thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1971449.
