No Email notification of submission and form not updating

I've just set-up a form it works fine collecting the data to the Jotform system but does not send a notification to my mail account, which is a Google account that I use to sign into JotForm. It's not filtered into any folders and it's not in the Spam folder. I got a colleague to set up an account and try it and they are having the same issue.

Also, when I create a form it is fine, but if I update it there seems to be a caching issue where the changes do not show up on my site. I have to clone the amended form and then add it.

There also seems to be an alignment issue where I can centralise the submit button, but not the form fields.

    Hi Mark!

I apologize for the inconvenience. Our system is recovering from a known issue of email notifications not being received. Also, please note that all of your forms are set up to send notifications to email address.

If your embedded form does not reflect the new changes, I would suggest clearing the form caches from your account by following this guide: How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache. You can also try using the iframe embed method if the issue persists: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Your question about form alignment will be answered in a separate thread:
