Square integration

    I'm trying to connect Square- and just getting:

    Initializing Square Connect, please wait...

    Hi @apollinairetc!

    After opening your Apollinaire Play Lab form in the Form Builder and clicking on the Square integration's Payment Settings, are you able to click on the black Connect with Square button?

    And after clicking on the button, does the Square Sign In page pop up?

    Please follow this guide for integrating your form with Square: How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Square. If you are not able to connect to Square by following the guide, please let us know at which point you are getting the "Initializing Square Connect, please wait..." error.

    Hi! I do both those things- the sign in page pops up- but it never connects. I get the please wait error. I’ve tried several times.

    Thanks! I do have more questions. I sent some in- the form wasn’t working for a while, but now it is back on line- so those questions are resolved.
    These are my current questions:
    1-
    I changed the spacing on the form. It looks good on my computer, but online the spacing is bad. I can’t find that option now to change it. How do I change the line spacing??

    2-
    I opened a paid account and was charged $19, and then I applied for a non-profit account which was approved. How do I switch our account to non-profit status and get a rebate of the overpayment for this month?
    account is: apollinairetc
    non-profit is: TheatreZone, Inc. 04-3341328

    3-
    With the paid account it says I can remove the JotForm branding from the thank you message. How do I get JotForm branding off the thank you message?

    4-
    Sometimes the conditions seem to be working (I just have it set to skip one page under 3 different conditions), and sometimes they aren’t.
