how can we change our main email address

    i do not see an account tab where we can use a different main email account. can you help with this so we can change. I want employees using a generic email and not tied just to mine. please advise.

    Please note that you can only use one email address per account. If you want to change it, please go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/

    If you're referring to having sub-account users with you as the admin, it is only available for Enterprise accounts. You can upgrade to this type of account if necessary. Please refer to this link to know more about Enterprise accounts.
