Asked by lhertz98 on March 26, 2013 at 01:01 AM

My users are filling out my payment form, however when they click submit to route them to PayPal the form is getting stuck and their payments are going into incomplete mode.

Are you saying that users are not being redirected to PayPal or that they cannot make their payment once there? Please clarify.

I was not able to reproduce the issue on your form https://www.jotform.com/30778139615158 when I test submitted it. As you can see on my screen below, I am already on the paypal screen and can complete the transaction

I did noticed that, in your form, none of the fields are set to required. Meaning, it can be submitted without answering any of the fields/question. Could it be this is the case when your users mentioned that when they click submit the do not get redirected to paypal?

Please check again. At least make the payment field a required field so that the user will be force to answer it.

Please inform us if you have further question.
