Also the conditions don't work somehow in the sense that emails aren't sent after filling in the form.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have been experiencing issues with email notifications, specially with those who have the PDF Attachment enabled.
Our developers have informed us that the issue has been just fixed. Could you please test again and let us know if it persist?
