Input Table field still being required despite setting Required field property to "No"

In the properties, I made Prevent submission if this question is empty to 'No' but it preventing submission.

I have created a cloned version of your form and I can confirm what you mean. However, the issue appears to temporary. It can be solved by selecting a different "Required" option and then select the "No" option again after. (please refer to the screenshot below)
