Booking appointments based on mileage

Hello, I have a real estate photography busines where I am trying to use an app called appointment on my website in combination with jotform to book my appointments based on my google calendar and mileage time to get to each customer location.

Please see example below, and after looking, can you tell me if there is a better option within Jotform or better combination of options that might help me automate this better?

I was thinking of somehow using jotform to handle more of the filtering of customer appointments based on mileage driven or something, but could not figure something out.

If my understanding is correct, what you want to achieve is to redirect the users to a specific webpage based on the calculated mileage of the address they provided. Am I right?

If so, you can try using the Driving Distance widget to your form. This smart widget will return the approximate driving distance between two locations anywhere in the world.

Then use that result as criteria in a condition to redirect the user to a URL.

But if you're referring to something else, please let us know in details so we could check.
