Notification is not sending to my email

First, thanks for previous help on a Title edit and adding a new email recipient, however I as treasurer (lead recipient for email notification) did not receive any though I got PayPal report on the submission.

Additionally, our form has input for spouses but it was reported to me that two submissions with spouses did not include their data.

Also, to clarify, you do not receive email notification/submission email when someone submits a form?
