Hello, I sent a request for help yesterday. Now both iPads will not open jotform. Can you please help? It's loading to a webpage with a blank screen.

    Hi @apadrick8!

Can you try to access JotForm once again or open up a form, there was an issue earlier today in regards to our customers not being to access their forms.

This has since been fixed, kindly try to access your forms. Please let us know if this issue continues.

    Hello,
The forms are still not loading. If you close and reopen them like 5 times
    they will open
Please let me know what I can do! I've deleted app, reinstalled, updated
    iPad.
    Thanks!
    Alli

I see that the form is displaying fine in the iPads with the direct link.

Usually we just open the app in house and keep on kiosk mode.
How does our front desk staff easily open the form for new clients to fill
    out?

Apologies, however I am quite confused. You mentioned the form was embedded yet you also mentioned that you opened the form via Kiosk Mode.

Please note that the Kiosk Mode is only available via JotForm Mobile App, so I assume this is not embedded to any external website.https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Nonetheless, can you please confirm where exactly are you getting an error?

    1. JotForm Mobile App - Fill Out form

    2. JotForm Mobile App - Kiosk Mode

    3. Direct Link

    4. Embedded in a website - please provide the URL where the form is embedded

I have cloned your form and tried it both on scenario #1 and #2 and was able to load the form properly. I also tried opening your for via it's direct link in iPad, and was also able to see the form properly.

If you are still having issues, please iterate the steps you've taken and share a screenshot. Please also share a screenshot of your JotForm Mobile App's settings/version page.
