Our form is not saving after changes are made

    Please help! We have a form going live this evening and the Jotform is not saving any changes and reverting back to a previous version. It's specific to the quantity widget - any suggestions on how to get changes to save?

    Our apologies for the issues.

    Your last form ID does not have a Quantity widget. Do you really mean a widget or the Quantity option in the Payment field? 

    The form builder has an autosave feature, but there are still elements that require you to click on a Save button. For the payment field, Quantity has a save button so you need to click that. If it's a widget from our Widget page, it is the same, save button needs to be clicked.
