Hello, I contacted you yesterday to say that I was not receiving confirmation emails to the following address:
You instructed me to set the email field to "Jotform" which I did but no difference.
I have 3 email alerts set up as follows.
One confirmation to email@example.com (This works fine)
One confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org (Does not work)
One responder message to the person who signs up (This works fine)

The email address is not in the bounce list. However, when I did a test submission then checked the mail log , this is the result.
