Still not receiving email notofication

    Hello, I contacted you yesterday to say that I was not receiving confirmation emails to the following address:

    reservation@mariachi-restaurant.co.uk

    You instructed me to set the email field to "Jotform" which I did but no difference.

    I have 3 email alerts set up as follows.

     

    One confirmation to thomas.halliburton@blueyonder.co.uk (This works fine)

    One confirmation to reservation@mariachi-restaurant.co.uk (Does not work)

    One responder message to the person who signs up (This works fine)

     

    Please advise.

    The email address is not in the bounce list. However, when I did a test submission then checked the mail log , this is the result.

    Current Server: /var/log/mail.log:Mar 26 08:31:59 us-app2 sm-mta[22747]: r2QCVx6o022744: to=<reservation@mariachi-restaurant.co.uk>, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=124576, relay=mail.mariachi-restaurant.co.uk. [79.170.44.85], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection refused by mail.mariachi-restaurant.co.uk. I think there is a problem in connecting to your email server , I suggest to contact your email provider and request them to add our ip to their whitelist. For more information please see this page.
