Report charts are adding 1 more to count than it should, it is inconsistent since 1 of the 3 questions shown in chart are correct. The data is a menu choice for appetizer, soup or salad and entree. The chart count is 1 more (in some choices) than submissions received. I have counted submissions to be certain that number is correct. It is. Yet some of the chart numbers are off by 1. Can't figure out why. There is not an editing feature to change to correct count. I give up on creating reports for this data. Is my only option creating a bar chart outside of the program?

I believe you are referring to the "Black Angus Dinner" form in your account. There are a total of 27 submissions for this form.

Are you suggesting that the numbers generated on the report are incorrect? These are directly picked up from the form submission itself.

I compared the above question responses with the form submissions and the count is adding one extra in the chart for the choice "Shrimp Cocktail" under Appetizer, "Fettuccine and Burrata" under Entree. From the form submissions, the "Shrimp cocktail" is chosen 18 times, whereas it is shown as 19 on the chart; the "Fettuccine and Burrata" is chosen 7 times, whereas it is shown as 8 on the chart.

You also have the option to show pie charts.

Could you clear your browser cache and try again to create this report. I've additionally cleared your form cache.

If the issue persists, probably we'll need to escalate this to our developers to check.
