Problem with conditional logic

    Hey there,

I have built a form which is a quiz designed to match people up with a good product selection for them. I am using conditional logic to lead people to certain products based on their answers however the quiz doesn't always lead to the proper redirect, even though the logic looks good and seems to work fine at times.

Any chance you could look at how I've set it up and give me some feedback?

I should mention - it works absolutely fine on my iPhone XR, just not on an ipad or PC...

    Hi there,

I cloned your form and had a look at your conditions. It seems to work fine as you have mentioned however there was an excess amount of conditions for redirecting URL in the Thank You page, which could be made in an easier way. Let me show you:

I assume you want to redirect all the customers to a custom Thank You page URL and you did that by using a condition which resulted in a huge aggregation of conditions.

However it could be done at once by changing the Thank You page from the Form Builder as shown:

I’ve also realized that you used a reverse condition in Condition 6.

This made me want to try the straight version for that and I saw that it doesn’t work. It is the same with the Condition 1 as well. It should have been working both ways so I will escalate the issue to our developers.

Finally, after these adjustments, my form's conditions look just fine with the tests I made. Feel free to clone and use it: and if you continue having the issue, please describe the case in detail and we’ll do our best to help.

Hey! Thanks for looking into this.

I have looked at your form and while it works nicely, every rule seems to lead to the same custom thank you page right? What I want to do is to send people with different answers to lots of different pages (products). Am I missing something in your approach? How can create all of the different redirects for different answer combinations?

    Thank you!

    Hi Andrew,

Let me help you with this form. I see there are many 'redirect' conditions, can you name which one is not working as expected so I checked closer?

Thanks guys, actually I managed to fix it by cloning my quiz, disabling the rules and adding them back in one by one to see where the issues were.

I'm wondering though: how will the quiz show up in Google Analytics? I can't see it in my results.

Glad to know that the issue is resolved.

Have you added the Google Analytics widget to your form? If yes, you can check out this related thread to know how to get it to work:
