Hi There, I have the following form. I want to export the Item Code, Item Name and Item QTY of all items that have their QTY field filled into a table like so below. For those items that don't have QTY filled, they should not come up. What's the best way to do this please? It seems a lot more complex than it should be.
Item Code Item Name QTY

I am afraid I don't understand your requirement completely. Could you please provide some more information on where you are trying to export the data?

Hi please see screenshot attached, when someone fills in the form, I want to export just the entries that have the QTY filled. I want to export Item Code, Item Name and QTY to a table that sits within an email and also as a pdf attachment. Does this make sense? The other entries that are not filled should not pop up.
So in this example I want the resulting table to look like this
Item Code Item QTY
12006 Red Baron Universal Cleaner 5ltr 4
12056 Machine WWD DG 5ltr 6
and so onnn..
Whats the best way to acheive this? Thanks

You can export the data to an Excel Sheet:

Please check the guide and let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

Hi I have tried this, please see excel attached. but it 's not coming in the format I want. I want it in this format below , and more importantly I want this in a table to be in the email itself and as an attachment in a document without going in the back end as we need to send this to a vendor.
Item Code Item QTY
12006 Red Baron Universal Cleaner 5ltr 4
12056 Machine WWD DG 5ltr 6

I am afraid it's not possible to extract the information in separate rows. Each submission record in the submission sheet is treated as a single row, and it will be exported in a similar way when done in Excel or CSV format.
However, you can do this with the PDF document. Here is the guide that explains how to customize the PDF submission document - https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
You create an autoresponder to send an automated email to the vendor and attach the PDF file with the submission data.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Here is how to attach the PDF document to the Autoresponder -
I hope this helps. Do let us know if you have further questions.

Thanks for this, ive looked through this previously before.
How would i customize the info such that it does not print out unfilled rows where the quantity of the item is not filled? Can you provide an example pdf output with maybe 2 rows as a test so I can then follow?

You can generate a PDF where you can make the fields more compact. There the settings are enabled to hide the unanswered field. So when you generate the PDF the unanswered field would automatically be hidden.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.

Thanks for this. this makes sense but for e.g. if the quantity of the first item, red baron universal cleaner is empty, I want to hide the entire row, so none of the item code item name etc shows up. How is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to hide the entire row based on the quantity option. You cannot put conditions in the email or in the PDF report. This is how this works. Currently, only the unanswered field would be hidden from the report and the email notification.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.
