Can people answer the survey if they are offline?

We are creating a jot form survey and we want to share with people who potentially do not have good internet connection. Can they still complete it without internet connection? If so, how? Can we download it to their phones in advance?

On a separate note, we want to screen record the participants using our form - do you have a screen record function or one you would recommend?

JotForm’s new mobile app, JotForm Mobile Forms, allows users to view and fill out their forms, even when they have limited or no internet access. You can install the JotForm mobile app and this supports to save the Form in offline mode too. When the internet connectivity is back it will notify you about the submission and all your submissions would be synched.

Unfortunately, we don't have such feature on our widget list at the moment which will act as a screen recorder, we have Take Photo widget, which would allow you to take photos directly from your webcam into your form. But we don't have any video recording widget.

Thanks for your response roneet. Are we able to download the app onto multiple devices using the same jot form login details? Then people using the devices can all answer the form at similar times and we'll capture that data in one place?

Yes, using the same login details you can install the app on different devices. You can assign the Forms to the user. They would get an email of the Form assignment and a unique username/password. They can use these credentials to log in to the JotForm app. the assigned person need not have a JotForm account.

Yes, the user can answer the same Form at the same time. The submissions will be recorded in the account in which Form belongs. You can view the responses from the submission page.
