I've just discovered that no submissions - from any of my forms - are being forwarded to my email. I've tried to look into it but cannot find anything wrong. Even the "Test" submission (while in edit mode) doesn't work.Any ideas?

I checked your form (Please include my business in peak) and found out that in your notification settings, the field for Sender Name is empty. Please change it to Jotform.
I have also found your email address email@example.com in the bounce list due to empty Sender name.
Reason(s) : 5.1.2 - Bad destination host 'DNS Hard Error looking up mx-03.dnsmaster.net= (A): NXDomain'
I have remove it now from the bounce list.
To avoid this please make sure to follow this guide.
