Hello,
I've got one colleague who has tried to enter information into the form after refreshing her browser and is unable to submit additional form content using same link.
I instructed her to clear the cookies. Anything else to suggest?

To clarify this form would be used by the same person filling in information for multiple bands who have been issued the same form link to complete. Once she submits it will not allow her to complete another form for the next band.
