New PDF Editor: PDF Editor is prompting that fields are changed in the form when they aren't

    Hi- This has happened again, second time, see my previous emails to you later month. We have not made any changes, see the revision history report, yet the pdf that we get emails after a registration is submitted has lost its formatting. When I went into the submissions page and clicked on the PDF tab at the top left, I got the correct pdf, but then a window popped up saying I have changed my form and do I want the changes to be saved? I am confused! See uploaded screenshot below.

    Note: last time you were not able to tell me what happened, we had to reformat the whole pdf and that takes quite a while on a form this large.

    To my understanding, you never edit the form and the PDF Editor says "It seems you updated the form" message. 

    Is the PDF Document a default design or you customize it? If not and if it is a default design, you can just click the "Yes, proceed" option. 

    After that, please let us know if the message shows again.

    Yes, it is a custom design, eliminating a lot of the text fields. If I click the yes button it gives me the full form, all text included and a lot of the text is garbled and written on top of itself. My form went from 4 pages to about 8!
