Hello,
We have an error message with the following form about the quota but we have deleted all submissions. Is it possible to have a look at it?

I have tried clearing your form's cache and was able to resolve the issue. The forms are now accessible.
I would suggest clearing your form's cache in cases like this so to prevent the same experience.
