Payment field being removed when switched to Card Forms

    Hello, I created a form with a payment option attached at the bottom. It is in the form where all questions are seen at once.

    I changed this to the "single question" format and the payment information disappeared. Is there a way to correct this or will the payments not work in this format?

    Hi @RomeoAllison,

    The payment field definitely works with Card Forms also.

    You can try adding the payment field again once you switched to Single Question/Card Form layout. The product data will be retained but you need to re-connect it with your PayPal account.

    Thank you so much...I'll give it a try.

    One other question...is there a way that if a person answers "no" on a question that they can be redirected to a question further down the form?
