Export Data: Account data not exporting - still showing as in progress after several days

    I did all of that as you describe. I've done this three times, and only received an email the first time. Some of those files were empty, plus we got additional uploads. So I went through the process a second time and did not receive an email. Then tried a third time, and again did not receive an email.

    Hi @SPIEMarketing,

    I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing not receiving the emails for your submission files downloads. I tried to look up your account via the email in this thread but could not find a username in our system. I looked up by username SPIEMarking and saw another email account listed di***h@spie.org is this the account you were trying to download all your submission files? Can we also get the email address that you received the first email after your download as well?

    The first email went to And***J@s**e.org. That email was also the contact email when I requested the upload files the next 2 times. 

    A few hours ago, I asked her to change the contact email to mine, di***h@s**e.org.

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

    There might be something wrong with the data export since the latest 3 exports are still showing as in progress.

    I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our developers.

    We will keep you updated via this support thread.

    The ticket is still in open status, and our backend team is still investigating the issue. I have sent a follow-up message to them to ask for any updates. There's a designated team working on the ticket as well, kindly bear with us and give us more time to work on it.
