I cannot sign up!!!

I created an account through Google but deleted it so that I can create it through my email instead and now it won’t allow me to do so. It says my email is invalid. Please help!!!

I can see that there are two accounts in this email address - one a Guest account and the other a Free account in the username "alsa*****rieha" (this one is deleted). We can activate this account so that you can edit the email address and we can delete the Guest account.

Please confirm and let us know how you want to proceed.

I am not sure what guest account means. I had to sign up for my virtual
assistant so maybe it’s for that. Can you clarify?
As for my deleted email address AlsawafSarieha@gmail.com, yes please
activate my account again so that I can get started again.

I've activated your deleted account now.

A guest account is a one-time login feature wherein you can log in using your email address, but there will be no username.

So the next time you want to log in it won't be possible since the server doesn't store the login info for Guest accounts.
