Can I use the Appointments Slot widget is multiple forms and seperatly on a web page?

Hi

I have the Appointments Slot widget in my booking form already showing my availability and as a date is selected the available week becomes unavailable. This is my Master widget 

I would like to display that widget again with the same data and availability from the Booking form in my get a quote form, for the dates to be selectable but not become unavailable on the other copies of the widget.

Lastly I would like to show the widget on a web page as read only, with availability altering as per the booking form.

Is this possible?
