    Hi there.

I am trying to add conditional logics to my form but it seems to not work if I add more than 1 and tie them with an AND. Please see my form below.

I tied together all the 1st choices in questions 2-4 and redirected to google but it doesnt work. It will displays the Thank you page.

I can see that you have linked all the questions in the conditions. Just change "ALL" to "ANY" in the conditions and the form will redirect to www.google.com.

    Thank you gerardw

But I only want the redirection to happen to google if ALL of the choices I have specified have been selected.

I am trying to redirect to different page based upon the persons answers to ALL my questions.

    Any help is greatly appreciated

I have checked further and noticed that the Image choice widget is not correctly passing the selected value to the condition that is the reason the condition is not triggering.

Currently, the option is generating the value "I am embarrassed to tell you my weight!|https://www.jotform.com/uploads/w.alzaher/form_files/embarrassed%20emoji.5d833557efb770.58103431.png" but the condition has this value "I am embarrassed to tell you my weight!".

I'll escalate this issue to our development team.

Until this gets resolved you can try out the below workaround.

    1. Add a Form Calculation widget to get the value of the option so you have to add 3 widgets to get the value of the 3 options. Later you can hide ethe Form calculation widget.

    2. Next, trigger the condition on the Form calculation widget.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. This is getting very complicated with all the different options available and I did it, sometimes it works, some of the fields dont work...

is there any way you can just fix the original form and get Jotform to make it work like its supposed to? Otherwise its too complicated as I have 6 different landing pages to redirect to and it will be very confusing to make all those calculations.

    Thanks

We are sorry for the trouble this is causing. I have already escalated the issue to the development team.

We will keep you updated on the resolution of the ticket as soon as we receive an update.

I have tested your Form and it is working correctly for both the condition. Also, it will work if you use the traditional radio option instead of the Image choice element.

Let us know if you are experiencing any difficulty in setting up the condition, we will assist you in setting up the condition for you.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

As I checked, the issue is resolved. You can set your conditions without using Form calculations. Please check it and let us know if you need further assistance.
